  • Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
  • Current company registration / company search documents
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association or equivalent constitutional documents
  • Valid TIN / Tax Registration Certificate
  • Valid business / trading licence

Regulatory

  • Applicable sector / regulatory licence or authorisation (where applicable)

Ownership & management

  • Details of directors (IDs)
  • Valid identification documents for directors
  • Shareholding structure
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details and identification

Business profile

  • Registered and physical business address
  • Official company contact details
  • Description of business activities, products and services

Compliance

  • AML/CFT Policy (where applicable)
  • Data Protection / Privacy Policy (where applicable)

Transaction profile

  • Expected monthly transaction volumes
  • Expected monthly transaction values
  • Expected transaction types / use cases

Settlement

  • Bank / settlement account details in the company’s legal name
  • Proof of bank account / bank confirmation

Contacts

  • Technical / API contact person
  • Operations / support contact person
  • Compliance contact person
  • Escalation matrix

Aggregators

  • Complete list of downstream merchants / sub-merchants (if applicable)
  • Nature of business of each downstream merchant
  • Applicable licences for regulated downstream merchants

Aggregator approval does not automatically approve downstream merchants. Regulated or high-risk merchants require prior approval, as stated in the partner declaration.
